Boobs After Birth

The body changes SO much during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout life in general (hello pandemic and remote work and the stress of being human). I heard the stories about the pancake boobs after giving birth, but thought, “that won’t happen to me.” And here we are. I’ve been really uncomfortable with this change in my body. I’m so used to having small boobs. It’s taken awhile for me to accept this new part of myself. Thankfully, I finally found some really good bras on Amazon. I shared a bit about them on my stories and will link them here.

Sizing Chart for Bras

Before you buy a bra, find your bra size! It’s a must! All you need is a soft measuring tape. First, wrap the measuring tape around the your the fullest part of your boobs (with a bra on) and be sure to keep it as level as possible all the way around. Record that number. Then measure under your boobs. Take the first measurement and subtract it from the second measurement. This number correlates to your cup letter size. Just a heads up, these bras are for the bigger chested. The smallest size is a 32C. See the chart for more information.

I’ve been wearing the incorrect bra size for more than a year. I’m currently a 34DD. These bras I found are super supportive, still make me feel sexy, and are comfortable too (I did cut off the tag on the inside). They also have super pretty lace details and come in a lot of colors. The reviews speak for themselves. So here they are! I hope these also help you feel more confident and beautiful just the way you are. And remember, bodies are meant to change!

Love always,
